We retained Attorney Tara Adolph to represent my wife in a placement and custody issue. Attorney Adolph was very informative right from the start. She spent time going over the case with us and explaining the different outcomes, not just telling us what we wanted to hear. She created realistic expectations, which helped us choose the right legal course. We were always able to reach Attorney Adolph or her paralegal with questions, and if neither were available, we typically received a response within 24 hours. Attorney Adolph was on time for all court hearings and prepared. I also appreciated that she was always looking out for what was best for us and our daughter, not simply "getting the win". I would highly recommend Attorney Adolph and Adolph Legal for your legal needs.

I obtained Tara for my Daughter, She told me if I came up with the retainer that she did not care if I payed her 20$ a month for the remainder. I usually paid 6 - 700$ a month and on occasions would skip a month but she would accept all payments I sent her, At the nearing of the end of the case she apparently forgot that she had made the statement about the twenty $ a month and pulled out off of the case due to lack of payment that by the way was in the mail and she cashed about three to four days later. She did not seem knowledgeable, said a lot to us of what she planned to do inside the court room but said nothing when the time came, she made us feel that she was more on the opposing side then she was for use. Would not recommend her.

I was extremely unhappy with the unprofessionalism at Lewis & Van Sickle. The paralegal staff (Katti) while I in Provo was trying to make an appointment or get a file I could modify as needed interrupt my conversation four times. It seamed to me that she did not what to listen to my concerns. After I spoke over her to express my needs she hung up on me. I called her back asking to speak to the attorney which she said would have him do. I was again hung up on. Never getting a call back, I received a letter stating I was hostile to them, and a statement that I was not to receive their counsel. This is not a very customer orientated company.
