Rude, self centered, arrogant, will take your money and not do his job. He will make you promises he can not keep, he is only interested in pleasing the court

Long story short if you not WHITE and rich or family have money and contacts he won’t FIGHT for you…you better off throwing ur money in the toilet and flushing it

No contact. Poor quality of service for expense I’m paying. Getting no where in court with my custody case

Attorney Schenk was extremely helpful and professional when taking on both cases I had. Not only did he calm my nerves but he explained everything and was quick to respond to all of my questions. With his representation both cases ended in my favor. He was clear from the start what the cost would be. His staff was very patient and understanding. I could not have succeeded without him. You are in good hands with Attorney Schenk!

At one point I believed this attorney was reputable. Being that he offered flat rates seemed like a breath of fresh are when seeking contempt motions for my family custody matter. The case was drawn out for over 2 years and during this time he picked and chooses when to respond. I strongly feel this attorney is a settler not a litigator. In high conflict custody cases he has shown not to handle this case. At one point I was even threatened that he was reconsidering his position as my attorney after he lost joint legal custody and my time was reduced down to one to two hours weekly. My frustration about this out come as he expressed was I should be grateful. During this point my son was being withheld for over a period of 9 months and he assured me it would be ok and it won't affect my position. He was greatly wrong. I had to start a grievance process demanding repayment for damages he caused. In the end he settled and paid back some of the money I paid him to do a job he never completed. I would not recommend him for a custody case.

Failed to show evidence available to the court Provided advice and did not defend us for taking said advice. He made a deal harmful to us without our authorization. Minimal work performed on our case. He did not earn the thousands of dollars paid to him. He did not return phone calls or respond to emails.

Had opportunities to come out with better outcome wasn’t the easiest to get ahold of seemed like he looked into my case last second and didn’t give me attention I would of really appreciated outcome wasn’t terrible but never talked to or helped out with properties getting returned just basically forgot about me!

I was facing serious felony charges that could have ruined my life. Attorney Schenk got on board and kept me calm throughout the entire ordeal. At the end of the case, Attorney Schenk managed to get the felonies reduced to TRAFFIC CITATIONS! NO PROBATION, NO JAIL, and most importantly, NO CRIMINAL RECORD!!! I could not have made a better choice. Schenk Law Firm was the best option for me, and it should be for you!

I hired Aaron in multiple cases and was facing a good amount of time this was by far my first time in trouble so the odds were against me but Aaron got me out of jail time and did a great job at what he knows best. Even after my case was closed the man took his time and made sure all my properties were returned. All around great job. If you need a great lawyer that will fight for you then this man is who you want.

I was battling a divorce involving domestic violence approximately 2 years ago, and it was difficult to convince and demonstrate the courts of the abuse that I've suffered. The case was very complex and after calling around to many different law firms who decided not to accept my case because of the complexity, Attorney Schenk, with no hesitation, accepted my case at a very affordable fee. Attorney Schenk was very responsive for my messages and questions, and was always available. His strategy was well thought out, that even my former husband did not want to continue with the case anymore. I had no worries about Attorney Schenk presenting my case to the courts. Ultimately, I was granted the divorce along with primary placement with my child. I was ecstatic when I learned that the judge found in favor of our position. I hope I wouldn't have to utilize an attorney again, but if I do, I definitely know where to go. He even handled the child support case for me, which was not included in what Ive asked for. Thank you so much Attorney Schenk for going above and beyond to save my family. We are so happy and stress free now. I've even purchased my first home for my children. Thank you again!

Got in trouble for a OWI, never been through the process before so I sought counsel. When I met with Mr. Schenk he instantly made me feel comfortable and that my best interest where what his goal was. Very diligent and detailed oriented, this guy definitely is great at what he does and the communication is excellent!! Would highly encourage and recommend letting Schenk Law Firm handle your legal matters!

Aaron did not answer questions that were asked by email or phone, seemed very lazy. I paid the price quoted in the beginning of $5000 I should have paid the half down because he did not do anything but give bad advice we now have a new attorney in a different state and the new attorney asked why Aaron did two things that really jeopardized my case. Very bad advice I would never hire him again or recommend anyone else to.
