Not happy at all!

Good professional and detailed attorney Would hire again if God forbid I end up getting totaled again

I am very satisfied with how they worked hard to get me what I was deserved for all my pain in suffering from my accident I would work with again and refer them.

Without the help of my attorney John Ross I wouldn’t had gotten any money. Unfortunately it did take 10 months to finally get other insurance company to offer any settlement money, then another month to agree on a amount. Of course I thought I should had received more, but needed to move, even though my settlement wasn’t big money, John worked just as hard on my case for me.

Worked hard to get me something.

I understand things in life happen and all is dropped to deal. But when you are being paid tens of thousands of dollars to provide a service for people who you have to know would do it themselves if they knew the language, and one of your team members has an emergency, is it me or should someone maybe say "Oh! Maybe we should look into his clients files.". Nope. I had to resign all settlement paperwork twice. The 1st time all I was waiting for was the judge to sign the settlement agreement. Months later i called. The second time Melissa Wulf picked up the ball and is the only reason I did not look for a way to leave a negative number review. Everything took 6 months longer than it needed to. I would go with a ma and pa place for sure.
