I was charged with a serious sexual assault crime. Although the charge was absurd, I was very afraid of the possibility of a bad outcome. While I felt the criminal justice system was always stacked against me I had the advantage of a great attorney on my side to give me a little peace of mind. My case dragged on for about a year and a half. I had to sit in jail for half of that time awaiting trial. I am certain this would have been much less if I had hired Shane sooner. I assure you that this man will handle your case to the best of his ability. Thankfully, his ability is equal to or above any lawyers in the area. I was impressed at how well he handled the court proceedings and that he always took my opinion of what was happening and how to handle things into consideration. The law is not fair. The system is not fair. Don't kid yourself. I had my life turned completely upside down over a lie and the DA's office could not have cared less about the truth. Thankfully, after a year and a half, I had my day in court. My jury trial was nothing like a movie. Shane knew everything to be expected and how to pick and handle a jury properly. He knew all the technical significance of every aspect of the proceedings and any case law that applied. I was overjoyed and relieved to get the justice I deserved, finally. To hear the words not guilty have me a sense that jury trial is as close to a just process as we can get, considering we use such little science in some of this. I would advise ANYONE considering hiring an attorney for ANY CRIMINAL MATTER to do it and if you take that advice HIRE MR. BRABAZON. The price is high, but life is something that a person can afford to pay for.

My son was arrested and faced serious drug charges. I immediately knew that I needed to hire a lawyer. I spent a full day calling as many lawyers as I could. When I talked with Shane over the phone, it was clear that he understood my concerns about the case and immediately provided a sense of direction and ease. I hired him the next day. Mr Brabazon's fees were a bit higher then others I spoke with, but not as high as some. I am so glad that I didn't make the choice on price alone. He was worth every hard earned dollar I spent. I never felt that I needed to remind him of details. I did learn that it was best for me to simply let him proceed through the hearings and do what he does best rather than be a helicopter mom. He was always timely and met us before and after the hearings. His presence in the court room is everything I hoped for. It was obvious that he has been working in the system for years and seems respected by those he needs to work with. My sons case ended up going much longer than I expected. Mr Brabazon questioned all aspects of the procedures that led to the arrest and took the time that was needed to proceed correctly. Without Mr Brabazon, I would probably be visiting my son in prison for a long term sentence and several felony charges. Instead, my son has one felony, time served and 5 years probation. I understand that my son's case is a success story. I believe that Mr Brabazon is half the reason that my son has the ability to write a new chapter for himself. My son is now sober, finished college, has a sales associate position and is a contributing member of our community. Thank you Shane Brabazon for all you have done for my family. I am forever thankful for your time and expertise!

Insist on going to trial on a criminal charge? He is your best choice. Sharp, cool, focused & a winner. He knows the law and tactics. He cleared my name by convincing 12 women & men I was not to blame. Don't expect by hiring him a dismissal or not guilty verdict however. No lawyer has that record. Trials are stressful and expensive- There is nobody else I would want by my side in a courtroom representing me other than Shane.

Shane did a very good job helping me handle a 3rd OWI charge. There was no chance of beating the charge, but he did an excellent job negotiating with the D.A., and judge to obtain a lower sentence than the guidelines. He and his staff were responsive to my questions throughout the process, and meetings were easily scheduled. Situations requiring Shane's expertise are typically not fun, but he is very good choice if you need an attorney.

This was my first time needing a lawyer related to a DUI offense and while I don't question his knowledge and I understand that there just is not a lot of wiggle room in a first time DUI offense, in the end I felt very dissatisfied with his services because I didn't feel like I was listened to and ultimately like my case was kind of an afterthought for him. When I was vetting attorneys, I made it very clear that I wanted consistent communication and that was a constant problem with my experience with Shane. I was not notified by Shane or anyone in his office TWICE when scheduled court appearances were cancelled/ postponed. There were literally months between contact with Shane while we were waiting for the process to play out. And then at the end, there was miscommunication and I was taken completely by surprise when I learned that we accepted the deal from the prosecutor. When I brought these issues up in our last conversation, I did not even get as much as an apology from Shane. Simply put, Shane is not the cheapest game in town and I expected better service for the higher price. Regardless of what was done behind the scenes, in the end I didn't feel like I was a valued client. It's highly frustrating to have read so many positive reviews and to have spent the extra money to feel like I was alone at the end of the process. Those are the reasons why I cannot recommend his services to other people and felt compelled to review his performance in a public forum.

Shane helped me out with a de novo hearing. He was easy to work with and supportive. He is very knowledgeable and put me at ease in explaining how things would go. My only problem was that his staff doesn't return phone calls in a timely fashion. They are however very friendly.

I had a very favorable experience with this lawyer. I have never been in touble before, so I met with at least 5 lawyers. Even though he was more expensive than some of the other attorneys..it was well worth it. He gave me as much time as I needed and had a very friendly staff that always seemed to give me the answers I needed. WHen we walked into the court room you could see how the other attorneys and Judges respected him. After watching some of the other attorneys, I knew I picked the right one. He seemed to go the extra mile and stood up for me. He didnt make false promises to me like I hear about other attorneys. Some of them I met with seemed like used car salesman.. always telling me what I wanted to hear. I am a firm believer in the concept you get what you pay for. Attorney Brabazon was worth every penny.

I was recently charged with a drunk driving (DWI). I had been in this predicament before and have hired an attorney with little benefit. I was facing some jail time so I thought I should get an attorney but truly I did not expect very much. I had heard some good things about Attorney Brabizon. When I met with him, I wasnt sure if he was telling me the truth, or just telling me what I want to hear. I decided to hire him because of his reputation and he seemed to really know alot about these type of cases. He really kept me informed about what to expect. He didnt sugar coat anything. He filed some motion about the officer not doing something right. When we got in front of the judge, I could tell the Judge respected what he said. He knew the law better than the prosecutor. He ran circles around him. In the end, my case was dismissed! Wow, what a difference the attorney can make
