I would recommend Kathryn and Weaver Law to anyone. They are caring, prompt in responses, knowledgeable and honest. No one gets married and thinks they will get divorced. I know I didn't. After 18 years of marriage it ended. Kathryn and her staff understood and were empathetic to my situation. Kathryn worked with me on issues and prepared me for outcomes that I may not have thought of...the reality of the situation....the reality of the law. I was recommended by a friend to use her and I'm glad I took her advise. Weaver Law does an excellent job!

I had no idea how to go about getting divorced, I only knew I needed to do so. Kathryn was a huge help! We had lots of issues throughout the divorce, mostly due to lack of involvement from my ex. Also, he rather mislead his atty. Kathryn maintained her objectivity & professionalism throughout the process. Even when I wanted to jump up & defend myself, Kathryn would just put a calming hand on mine. She allowed the other attorney to finish her tirade. Very slowly, Katherine would go through the issues-step by step. Never raising her voice, make disparaging remarks or show her frustration. Eventually, the 4 of us would be back on the same page. Kathryn's ability to cut through to the true issues, while being respectful of all involved, allowed for a much smoother divorce. 2 years later...I need to take my ex back to court, for not paying child support (& other issues!). Throughout this process, Kathryn has been a wonderful source of patience, support, guidance & objectivity. And, she has a wonderful sense of humor. It's nice to be able to laugh once in a while!! Divorce is horrid. The paperwork, emotions, frustration, anger, worry, resentment, etc is enough to drive anyone batty. I am so grateful to not only have Kathryn Weaver at my side, but also leading me. Her objectives are clear. Nobody is trying to 'ruin' someone. This is about respectfully protecting my children & me. If you want a 'shark', I'm not sure this is the attorney for you. But, if you would like to divorce the way you live your life; with dignity, respect & not being a doormat-Kathryn Weaver is your best choice! I do not think I could have gone through all this, as successfully, without Kathryn.

I chose Kathryn Weaver for my legal separation because she was very strong, determined, and knowledgable. It did take a little longer to settle the case with my husband, but in the end I received so much more than I expected, including my home and a substantial maintenance. I had no problem communicating with her by phone or email. Her fees were very fair. I am very pleased.

Even though my divorce took sometime, Kathryn and her knowledgable staff were amazing. I have recommednded her several times already and will continue to do so. She is a honest trustworthy attorney. However if you want to play games, lie and cheat she isnt for you. Weaver Law is the way to go finacialy and for peace of mind for your future.
