Friendly and family like atmosphere both attorney Crothers and Klaus have extensive experience in estate and family law.

When searching for an attorney that can deal with a difficult situation with a difficult individual on other end, Attorney Crothers seemed to fit the bill. She spoke of being aggressive and said she can help. That unfortunately was not the case. I was paying for emails where she asked "what you think or this" rather than stating what the law is and how we should go about something. I was paying to lose time with my children even though if we went by law on wisconsin Stat. 767.41 it never should have happened. Not to mention completely addressing me by another individuals name in an email to the opposing counsel and GAL. It seemed as if it was only about the paycheck rather than helping. Putting me in a difficult position once I decided to start representing myself. Maybe its different when dealing with divorce but would not recommend otherwise.

Made an appointment 1 week ago. Came to the address listed on web site today for an appointment and was surprised that the office moved to another town. Called the office to figure out what's going on - they told me that my appointment was cancelled anyway because representative must attend a court. "Perfect client oriented" business. I spent 1.5 hours driving one way to the wrong address for cancelled appointment and they didn't even called me to say that appointment was cancelled and office was relocated. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Brittany has been absolutely amazing. She has been professional and has worked hard to help me to have an agreement that is fair to me and my kids. She has fought for me and showed a tremendous amount of care for me and my situation. I would highly recommend her for anyone dealing with a difficult individual on the other side of a divorce.

When my sister retired she saw Warren Klaus for end of life documents will, transfer of assets such as her condo, vehicle, advance directives and power of attorney. Warren was very helpful explaining all the options for handling her estate. He provided her the legal basis for making these decisions with both professional and compassion. We found the Klaus's to be very kind, compassionate and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs an attorney. Leanne Jansenn

My experience was very bad with this agency. It is interesting that both Attorney Warren Klaus and his receptionist exhibit similar behavior. I found both of them to be abrasive and condescending. They may be very knowledgeable in what they do but they both should work on their people skills. Attorney Warren Klaus may be knowledgeable and all but man you gotta drop that attitude and condescending tone a bit. Given your experience, you have so much to give back to this society in terms of your knowledge, don't let your attitude ruin your legacy.

Went in for a free consultation, Might as well have been talking to a bot, He'll be sure to tell you how many years he has experience, very impolite very self-centered, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone for anything.
