“Mr Porter acted as the county arbitrator between an insurance company and I for a small claims case. My decision to settle was base on Mr Porter's recommendation. After signing the settlement documents Mr Porter began promoting his arbitration services to the insurance companies attorney. Displaying a potential conflict of interest.”

“Prior to a scheduled consultation, it had been communicated over the phone that there would be no conceivable reason for a viable potential case to be turned away by their law office. Upon having the in person consult, pertinent critical summarizing documentation (a single page) was refused to be reviewed by the attorney.”
