Overcharging and questionable billing practices
“I was charged for everything yet had no progress in my divorce and it dragged on! The divorce was very simple (no children and only a house to sell) yet became complicated for no reason. I was charged for every photocopy, email (even emails and calls from the man I was divorcing if he had a question or comment), and quick phone call with a question (rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes).”

Failure to provide expected legal services
“Rather than fight them and make them abide by the contract, Chris almost strong armed me into settling. I paid the customer a portion (shame on me I guess) then Chris and the law firm sued me for addition "fees". I personally think these people are fraidulant in there practices and violate their commitment to their clients.”
