Excessive and unreasonable billing practices
“I was charged for everything yet had no progress in my divorce and it dragged on! The divorce was very simple (no children and only a house to sell) yet became complicated for no reason. I was charged for every photocopy, email (even emails and calls from the man I was divorcing if he had a question or comment), and quick phone call with a question (rounded up to the nearest 30 minutes).”

Poor service and lack of progress
“I fired Sam Cari and hired Angela Olson in Hudson. She did a swift, terrific job for a fraction of the cost. Despite the high fees and poor service, Sam will not negotiate the bill to reduce his ridiculous charges despite my attempt to reason with him.”
