Benjamin was very professional, he responded to me right away everytime I called or emailed. The paperwork he presented was unbelievably perfect allowing me to get as much money as I was able to get. I would always recommend Ben for how professional he is, and how hard he worked for me.

I took a three-month contract to work about four hours from home. While there I was attacked by a dog while taking a walk. I did not know any lawyers licensed in the state where I was bitten. I was involved in an accident when a object came out of the back of a pickup truck. It hit my motorcycle on the expressway and knocked me down at 70 mph. The driver never stopped and was never found. I called my insurance and told them what happened and they did get my bike fixed and paid some of my bills. I had uninsured coverage but was told by my insurance company that I needed to know the name of the driver before they could invoke that part of my policy and since I did not know the drivers of the truck I assumed that I would not be covered. I contacted Benjamin and he assured me that the insurance company was responsible for it and was able to get me the full amount of the coverage. Without his help I would of accepted the answer from the insurance and never received my fair share of what was coming to me. He contacted them and put a letter together and was able to get me the full amount of my policy. He did this all in record time as well. Benjamin did a great job for me and I could not be happier with the performance of the Nicolet Law firm.
