My husband and I needed to hire an attorney regarding a real-estate issue. Neither of us had any experience in legal matters or trying to select an attorney. A family member recommended attorney D. Dillion from Janesville WI. We contacted him and gave him a synopsis of what our issues were and if he could help us. Attorney Dillion came out to our residence and reviewed our issues and offered some different scenarios for possible resolutions. After this initial meeting, we felt that he was going to represent us in a manner consistent with our wishes. We hired him. He guided us through several procedures and he recommended a strategy to accomplish our goals. Our issues were resolved. We highly recommend him for any representation for legal litigation or assistance.

Mr. Dillon was great to work with, very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommend him!!! He was not my lawyer he was the opposing lawyer yet went out of his way to handle my matter very quickly.

Worst lawyer in Janesville. He is overloaded with cases. He is inconsiderate of his clients. Rarely shows up to court. Instead he sends one of his partners with no notice. He did not fight for me. He didn't even try to get me the custody I DESERVED of my child. As a matter of fact after the heartaching mandatory 2 years passed I went to a REAL attorney to get my child custody modified. (which by the way I got everything I asked for). After the attorney looked over what Jack "did for me" she asked if I wanted to sue Jack! When Jack was representing me I had to call numerous times in order for him to call me back. I finally became so frustrated I called him out on his terrible service. He proceeded to act like a child having a temper tantrum, and then told me "he was dropping me as a client!!??" (which is not legal by the way) and then he hung the phone up on me. He called back moments later and demanded that I apologize to him?? I did not apologize. He then had a sudden change of heart and said "he was going to START fighting for me as much as he could." What? So, he pretty much admitted to me that he was not doing his job. Well sadly when all was said and done he took thousands of dollars from me and delivered nothing! I am almost certain the outcome of my case was intentional, because I have a feeling nobody calls "old Jackie" out and gets away with it. Now, I do understand this all sounds unbelievable, but I am not making a word of this is up. I can attest not one detail has even been exaggerated. What is more scary is I have a hard time believing this is an isolated incident. Please save yourself from this. Do not retain his services. There is no doubt you will save money, frustration and much heartache if you don't.

Jack is honest and will tell you like it is. He is very professional and though he isn't always the first one there, you can always count on him to be there. If he believes you, you can trust that he will do what is right. Best lawyer in Southern Wisconsin. Hopefully I never need a lawyer again but if I do, you can bet that I will be calling Jack.

Fights for you and doesn't waste time. I had a very complicated case involving two counties and he guided the process through perfectly. He may not always be the best at communication or being early but he always seemed to have things in order and got things done.

SCUM LAWYER

Very poor performance. Mr. Hoag is never early, shows up with a few minutes to spare. Meanwhile the opposing lawyer is already there working with his client. I'd be looking elsewhere for someone to represent me.
