Ms. Tibbetts helped me address the less-than-praiseworthy conduct of another attorney, recently suspended, that was negatively impacting our non-profit. Ms. Tibbetts adroitly navigated the system to ensure that an effective "cease and desist" communique was executed and she effectively prevented further harm from occurring. Ms. Tibbetts kept me in the loop. She has also been very helpful in assisting us in navigating a number of "messy" child custody issues.
