“Person in charge of my case was extremely unprofessional, waited over 1 month to see or hear anything that had to do with my case but only because I had to reach out and ask. All scheduled dates to meet were always postponed and pushed further away.”

“Extremely rude. It seems I am more knowledgeable about the Wisconsin Statutes than he is with mine and my husband's situation. He sounded like he was angry that I have more knowledge than him. He made absolutely no sense whatsoever.”
