Poor organization and attention to detail
“I have worked with Jay and his associated for some immigration matters and to be frank, it has been one of the worst experiences that I have had with any attorney or firm. On multiple occasions things are sent back since they have used old documents (forms), missed information on a form or not submitted a form or document.”

He was very understanding and at the same time forthright about those things that I would have to accept and grin and bear. He was open about fees and was informative about options.”
