Seriously? This guy has been disciplined in both CO and WI several times. Our dealings with him leaves an awful lot to be desired. He should be disbarred. He mishandled a custody case that never should have even been filed as his client was not the biological father, was known to be agressive and committed domestic violence involving guns. His client was a stalker and Mr Olsen should have known by the facts of the case that it had no merit. Olsen threatened legal action against the victim's family members if they "did not stay out of his business" while we attempted to settle the matter civilly. He is a slimeball.

Does not return calls even after you leave messages. Does not have best interests at heart makes decisions of her own without talking with me first. Does not tell you when there is a change in court plans. Does not take what you say into consideration. Does not keep you updated on situations and where we are at in the case. I would giver her zero stars if I could because she is absolutely the worst lawyer

I don’t know how Jefferson County qualified Joanne Miller to be a Guardian Ad Litem. She is extremely biased and will quickly pick her favorite parent. She completely ignores the other parent and doesn’t return phone calls. She makes recommendations in court that she’s unable to explain without talking to BOTH parents. She’s disrespectful and rude to the parent she doesn’t like. She NEVER took the time to talk to me about decisions she made against me. She never took the time to meet my child and I had to pay for half of her fees! Joanne Miller should not be a GAL supposedly looking out for the child’s best interest.

I thank God for attorney dan olsen.he got me sole custody of my daughter at 5 months old,she is 9 now n we are blessed.words cant express how wonderful he is.i am a father of 2 other children as well.

when i met daniel he wasnt technically taking new clients but took one look at the case and felt so strongly that took it anyway. he helped save a little boy from abusive mom. ignore anything negative about him. he is the best in the industry. this lawyer is an absolute genius

Mr. Olsen is the best of all lawyers I have had represent me by far. Knowledgeable about everything and informs you so you understand what's happening.

I belive Mr. Olsen Is there to hold your hand in a time of need and respect your choices. He follows the Guidelines of the Law very well and will help you over come things that you need help with. If someone asked me well which attorney around here will actshally work for his money I'd say Daniel. Thank you Daniel for all of your hard work and dedication on helping me get though on what i need to... :)
