Does not return calls even after you leave messages. Does not have best interests at heart makes decisions of her own without talking with me first. Does not tell you when there is a change in court plans. Does not take what you say into consideration. Does not keep you updated on situations and where we are at in the case. I would giver her zero stars if I could because she is absolutely the worst lawyer

I don’t know how Jefferson County qualified Joanne Miller to be a Guardian Ad Litem. She is extremely biased and will quickly pick her favorite parent. She completely ignores the other parent and doesn’t return phone calls. She makes recommendations in court that she’s unable to explain without talking to BOTH parents. She’s disrespectful and rude to the parent she doesn’t like. She NEVER took the time to talk to me about decisions she made against me. She never took the time to meet my child and I had to pay for half of her fees! Joanne Miller should not be a GAL supposedly looking out for the child’s best interest.
