Would 100% refer any friends or family to this law firm. Unfortunately have had to use this law office for several different occasions but have had nothing but comfort throughout the process. We have used both Renee and Jacqueline and the service was amazing from both of them. They are very professional, honest and know what they are doing. Going through court can be very stressful and it is a relief to have a lawyer that takes as much stress off of you as possible. I hope to not have to use a lawyer again but will use Renee Mura Law if I do.

Absolutely terrible. RUDE. If you want to be interrupted during every conversation you have with Renee, no matter the context, hire this firm. If you want your attorney to do whatever they can to accumulate a MASSIVE invoice for minimal results, hire this firm. I've had an attorney for the same type of matter in another state for the last 8 years, so I know what a good and fair attorney is. This attorney office is the worst I have ever experienced. DO NOT HIRE RENEE MURA or her office for anything. Go elsewhere. I've spoke with multiple attorneys in the area about the process they took in order to handle my case and they all said, they would not have handled it in that way. Additionally, their reaction to the invoice was HOLY S***. For example, I had one court date and my invoice was already over 8k and they wanted another 2k to continue working on my case. They will reply to this review with, oh there was extensive work, etc etc. Nevertheless, they did not do a sufficient job protecting my best interests as their client. I actually ended up going to court on the fee judgment and the court sided with me in lowering the fees I was required to pay. I made a payment after this judgment, and the same day, they filed a motion to GARNISH my wages for the remaining balance. I worked with multiple attorneys in the office for my case. Absolutely disgraceful performance, incompetent, rude, and arguing in court with the commissioner in a very novice, unprofessional like manner. Terrible attorneys in the office. Here is a copy of my termination letter to their office. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally terminate our attorney-client relationship in connection with the family matter for which I engaged your services. I would like to express my appreciation for your efforts and the itemized breakdown of fees provided throughout our association. However, after careful consideration, I find that the overall fee structure is beyond what I had anticipated for this matter. Additionally, I must address a concern regarding communication dynamics during our interactions. It was noticeable to me that interruptions, irrespective of the nature of our discussions, occurred consistently. This created challenges in our communication and contributed to a sense of frustration on my end. Furthermore, I regret to inform you that I found the performance of the paralegal in your office to be inadequate in handling basic office tasks. This added to the overall incompatibility I experienced with your office during the course of our engagement. I believe in fostering a collaborative and effective working relationship, and unfortunately, the issues mentioned above have led me to reevaluate our professional partnership. I want to emphasize that this decision is not made lightly, and I appreciate the work you and your team have done on my behalf. I hired Miller and Miller for my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petition. At first they were attentive and informed me of the process but then somewhere in the middle of the process they started slacking. I was suppose to get a form to decline a reaffirmation of a loan because I was voluntarily surrendering a vehicle and they were suppose to send me this form but I had to call bank on my own to send this form to them so they can send it to me. I was basically doing their job for them. So unprofessional. Then I discovered that I was also suppose to get a reaffirmation agreement form for the Mortgage because in the initial documents I stated I was going to keep the house. Well I found out today after calling my mortgage company that I was supposed to fill out reaffirmation agreement to reassume the mortgage so they continue to report payments on my mortgage since I checked my report and the mortgage was missing and so were the payments I have been making. My mortgage company told me there was nothing they could unless I refinance. I contacted Miller and Miller about this and no-one has an idea of why I was not sent a reaffirmation agreement form for the mortgage. I was charged over 2k for their services and this is what I paid for. Just ridiculous. Never again!!!! Do yourselves a favor stay away.

Amazing attorney for me, I will always use her in the future

I was represented by Jacqueline Hallac a couple years back for a child custody case and I was just a ball of nerves. Jacqueline was extremely thorough and patient with me. Explained everything and when it came to the court room she was direct, to the point and presenting facts and it got me what I wanted. I would use her again if I ever need her!

I would highly recommend Renee Mura. From the first meeting with her to the final divorce hearing Renee was very professional, knowledgeable and i was kept informed every step of the way. She truly made this process easy on my part. I really appreciate everything she did.
