Failure to properly represent client's interests and follow through on legal matters
“He allowed my ex to violate the court order while the divorce was pending on at least 6 occasions, as well as lie in court and withhold income documents. My ex took My vehicle after he blew the engine in his by not putting oil in it and made no payments for 6 months and removed me from the health insurance policy while the divorce was pending and Ben did nothing.”

“I asked multiple times for a detailed bill as he wanted large sums of money before each hearing usually giving me very little notice to come up with it in order to be represented at hearings and trial. But my requests were ignored by Ben and staff.”
