I was extremely happy with David Blinka. He was an excellent communicator always making sure I knew what was going on with my case. David was also very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his clients. I would highly recommend David.

I was in an accident last year. After being brushed off by the other persons insurance company I became very frustrated. A friend referred me to Jason Knutson at Habush Habush and Rottier. It was the best advice ever! He and Jenny Machotka took the very best care of me. They did everything, I didn't have to worry about anything. Because of them I received the most generous settlement, much more than I expected. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend them.

David and Kathy are the people who care me throughout the period since May 2018, and who mad a contribution for me so that I could finally receive the settlement check from them. I would like to share the exceptional legal services that we received from Habush Habush & Rottier; and specifically their attorney Jason Knutson. Our daughter was seriously injured in a pedestrian and auto accident while attending college. A referral came from a friend who lived and was connected in the local area. The referral was from an attorney who was on the other side and represented insurance companies. They were asked who they respected from the personal injury attorney field and recommended Jason Knutson at Habush Habush & Rottier. Jason met my family in the hospital the day we had contacted him. I knew immediately that we were very fortunate for this referral. Neither my wife or I had been involved in any legal case prior to this accident. Jason came across as truly concerned and passionate about helping us through our case. He was very knowledgeable and also expressed his confidence in the different paths that our case could go. Our case had a few obstacles that changed that path, but Jason kept us informed along the way and negotiated the best possible settlement in a rather short amount of time. I had a severe break in my arm due to a snowmobile accident that required surgery to repair it with a large plate and several screws. Before that was settled I was hit by a driver that ran a red light, totalled my vehicle and caused a back injury. I was totally overwhelmed by the medical bills, paperwork and frustration with the insurance companies. Eric Ryberg and his staff waded through the red tape, walked me through the process and negotiated with the insurance companies to get me settlements above all the initial offers. They were friendly and always willing to answer questions. I am grateful for all their help.

In the spring of 2017, I suffered a significant break in my left ankle after inadvertently entering an unmarked cutting area and having a sizeable tree dropped on me. I've said many times that everything after that initial accident went about as well as it could, from the emergency room visit to the surgery to reconstruct my ankle (with the addition of some metal plates), and a major part of that was due to the hard-work and guidance of Eric Ryberg at Habush Habush & Rottier. This can be a confusing process, and it was one that I'd never dealt with before, but Eric led me through every step with clear and honest communication, and we successfully settled with the insurance company of the landowner to cover my medical expenses and to get me what I believed to be a fair amount of compensation for my pain and suffering, mainly due to an extended recovery period and the fact that this will be a life-long injury for me to deal with. I would highly recommend both Eric Ryberg and Habush Habush & Rottier.
