For your family's future, I strongly recommend you do not use the services of this law firm. Initially, Jae "Francis" Lee was eager and communicative while taking my wife on as a client. During the application process he was relatively responsive, occasionally requiring a few reminders for follow up to our queries. While his paralegals were required to be included in all electronic communication, they never responded to us personally. I’m not sure what service they provide. Due to a job offer outside of the USA, we decided to cancel my wife’s application with the USCIS. Mr. Lee guaranteed that the paperwork to withdraw the application would be sent on our behalf. This was never done as the application was passed onto the NVC who contacted us much to our surprise. Upon informing Mr. Lee that my wife would like to withdraw her application (Dec. 2021) he indicated that we would be refunded 70% of the paid fees. Despite repeated reminders in January and again in April, Mr. Lee has failed to refund any of the fees to date even after promising to do so. While we were initially confident that we made the right decision in trusting Francis Law Center, poor communication and non action have consistently let us down. I was more successful in “Googling” the answers to most of my questions and am now working to withdraw the application myself with no assistance from the staff at Francis Law Center.

Francis and his team are high professional. My wife and I applied for our green card with them. They were super communicative, giving us a lot of time over video calls, preparing documents for us, even mailing them for us, initiating calls to keep us informed throughout the whole process. We got our cards in less than four months since date of application (including the month we took to get our health checks). This has been the most pleasant lawyer experience for me. I think I can safely recommend Francis and his team to anyone looking for similar immigration requirements. I am glad we chose him over a generic immigration attorney process.
