Hi! My husband and I decided to go with legal support to apply for a change of status after we decided that I would overstay my visitor visa. Jae and his team walked us through all different steps in a professional and caring manner. Our interview got cancel several times due the pandemic and some other internal political issues, and Jae was always supportive. We prepared our documents and our interview until we had a very good experience at the Milwaukee office. I would definitely recommend this lawyer office.

My wife and I decided to get a lawyer to help with the marriage-based green card application process, and Jae and the Francis Law team were a great fit for us! They had a very useful free consult off the bat that convinced us they were knowledgeable and responsive, and after signing on they continued to make the application and interview process simple and worry-free through the entire case start to finish. They also kept us up to date as USCIS was changing their Public Charge form requirements and dealt with an issue in when USCIS mistakenly rejected our application. I would definitely recommend them for immigration cases!

If I could give them more stars I would! 5 is not enough. Att Jae and his staff are AMAZING! Me and my husband had a very complicated case and to be honest I lost my hope that my husbad will receive his greencard after our I-485 was denied. But Att Jae made sure we fought again during our I-601 waiver. He would schedule meetings twice a week and review our info over and over so everything was perfect! My husband just received the approval for his greencard. We're so blessed to have worked with Att Jae. Would recommend him to everyone who has problems with immigration!
