My I-140 was approved very fast with no RFE needed thanks to attorney Jae’s professional process of my NIW case. It wasn’t easy to make the decision whether to apply NIW due to various challenges (needed to get I-140 approval as early as possible as an F-1 visa holder, relative lack of competitiveness based on the conventional standard). Several colleagues of mine recommended attorney Jae. He provided the detailed initial evaluation of my credentials and promptly proceeded once I've decided to apply NIW. Very insightful to pinpoint important details and strengths of my application, and very competent to prepare effective NIW petition letter and reference letters.
