Gave them a call with information regarding a speeding ticket, paid their flat rate for such a ticket and signed the retainer, uploaded a pic of the ticket, and they completely took care of the rest after that! And I mean completely. They post updates which get emailed to you as well as showing up in the client portal, but I never needed contact with them after getting the retainer completed and uploading the image of the ticket. Johnen got my citation changed to an equipment violation with reduced points and no insurance penalty! I would definitely recommend Johnen Law Offices for traffic violations.
