We worked with Lotfi Legal on the case of a family member’s immigration and we had an excellent experience. Shabnam was very professional, responsive and helpful, with up to date insights on the process. Everything went smoothly and we felt like we were in good hands. Unfortunately my experience with lotto legal wasn’t as I expected. I never felt they're on my case during the process. My father's case was rejected as they did not submit one of the required forms; and when I asked why that happens she asked for 200$ just to "give consultation". The only thing they did on time was billing and asking for money I applied for green card for my parents through them, while I had filled out the applications myself. For the interview they didn’t let me know the required document on time, when I called them to follow up and ask questions they couldn’t even find my parents in their database, they hadn’t updated the application with the right address, so my old parents went through a lot of problems in Turkey so had to pay 300$ so another person can help them. Any small communication and question costs 200$ but in return i ended up doing everything myself. This was very frustrating
