Pros
1
Exceptional legal expertise and knowledge
“Joe Bugni is the guy you want on your side. He is very caring and really cares about his clients. Joe made me feel like we were going to win from the start. He fights for his clients and goes above and beyond.”
2
Personalized and compassionate approach
“From the first interaction with Joe he was incredible. He responded quickly to our consultation need and gave succinct advice. Above all, he was truly a person who we trust with any need should we have it in the future.”
3
Responsive and communicative
“Every interaction we had with Joe B. was responsive, attentive, detail-oriented, and generous. His confidence and clear expertise gave our family confidence in an uncertain time.”
4
Dedicated to achieving the best outcomes
“Joe spent an hour on the phone going over my husband's case and gave me honest feedback and a hopeful plan of attack. So many attorneys care more about a paycheck than their client's future and freedom, but this was definitely NOT the case with Joe Bugni.”
5
Highly recommended by satisfied clients
“I can't say enough about the incredible support I received from attorney Joe Bugni at Hurley Burish, S.C. He promptly returned my call, met with me early the same morning, and immediately began making calls to verify the situation. His experience, connections, and quick action were invaluable.”
Cons
1
Billing practices may be questionable
“I was luckily introduced (and I mean lucky) to John through my lender while starting our new business. John has been great to work with from the start and I couldn't imagine having another attorney. He constantly provides sound advice and has helped us navigate complicated situations during our initial years of business. He is responsive, knowledgeable in multiple areas, reliable and does everything with the utmost integrity. John always has his clients best interest in mind. He truly cares about his clients. We will be starting other business ventures and there is no doubt John will be our attorney.”
2
Lack of communication and follow-up
“I was charged with my 3rd OWI for marijuana. At the beginning I was given a deal for 5 months in county jail but ultimately served one day in jail and 44 days on the bracelet. Everything she predicted came true and there were no surprises or fees or anything and I was kept updated on everything going on. The only appearance I had was at sentencing and the whole experience was pleasant given the circumstances.”
