Tim knows better than anyone else the tactics the police and prosecution uses, so he knows and understands how things roll if your ever facing a legal tsunami. Before I made any statements to the police, I called Tim and knew right away that he was the lawyer for me compared to other law offices I called. I was facing 7 months in jail and up to $10,000 in fines and he made it all go away. Now what other lawyer around here and top that?

Before ever giving him a dime, Tim took an hour out of his day to help me decipher my case and lay out my options. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly cares. He knows the OWI laws in Wisconsin are primarily a fee tax on the public, the field sobriety tests are designed for even sober drivers to fail, and the state statute limiting negotiated settlement before trial a ridiculous encumbrance. I would trust Tim to handle any OWI case given to him and believe he will get the best possible result for his clients.
