Chris Van Wagner is a friendly and effective advocate who worked hard to get a favorable outcome for me, all while making sure I understood what was going on, what my options were, and what I should expect. I appreciated not just the advocacy, clear communication, and efforts in the courtroom, but also his dedication to making sure what was a stressful time for me was as manageable as possible. Our attorney was afraid to fight assault charges-husband pushed a belligerent neighbor back over the threshold so we could close the door and lock it. Neighbor toppled over, “lots of blood” = police & our attorney think husband guilty. CHRISTOPHER T. VAN WAGNER wouldn’t take our case, but he lit a fire under our attorney’s @$$, and the case was appropriately dismissed. I would have hired CHRISTOPHER T. VAN WAGNER if he let us. Chirs is an amazing attorney. He was able to help my family through our difficult time. My husband was recently facing an extreme amount of prison time for gun and drug charges.
