I cannot give enough praise to this law office, truly. I had the most unfortunate experience of needing to hire a defense attorney when some absurd and false accusations were made against me. Everything happened so fast, it was frightening, shocking, and everything terrible that you might imagine. Somehow, within such a short period of time, attorney Emily Bell came through to cover every single imaginable base of possibility with me. She dedicated herself to my case with more heart, soul, and time than I thought was possible. When the time came for the hearing, I could not have been more confident in who was there to represent me, which was the very last thing I would have said when I was first served. I was still scared, but I had good, strong, and reasonable faith in Emily. At the end of it all, Attorney Bell got the case dismissed in less time than any of us expected. The swiftness of it all was just incredible. She also got me facial tissues before I even began to cry with relief, which was just the sweetest thing she could have done! If you are not sure who to go with, please trust me when I say that this office is the one. This guy will take money out of you and only want to plea. Find a lawyer that will stand up and not let you be harassed for 2 years. If there was a negative star I’d give it. Nathan will say to you well we can’t really do anything ,as they’re the victim. Even though you pay him.and my wife was innocent ,he will never look in to the harassment that local police do or keep pushing for a change of venue considering guilty by media and the hundreds of thousands of people that threatened and made post but that’s OK under his eye and all of that is just fine and dandy with Nathan Otis and Paisley Hoffman .Honestly he’s an ex district attorney assistant district attorney so that lets you know exactly all he wants to do is work with the state because as soon as he was able to beat the homicide, he totally wanted to do nothing but make a plea agreement, even though it was able to prove that my wife didn’t harm the child and on top of it I told him and Paisley Hoffman that he informed me when I retained him. This is the best part I called. Nathan Otis retained him for my wife and he told me that I needed to retain Paisley Hoffman also, weird isn’t that I paid for both of these attorneys, but my wife that they represented right neither of these attorneys would listen to anything. I said they would not communicate with me even though my wife signed papers saying that they needed to communicate with me, I told my wife to fire them. I even messaged them and said they were fired, but since they represented my wife , what they ended up doing was getting my wife hammered, even though they had informed my wife if you take this plea agreement the most you will ever get that their exact words and I have multiple family members that will state that heard this because I was not in the room, but these two fools said the most you will get is seven years my wife got absolutely hammered while these two tools sat there on top of it. The prosecutor was my former lawyer that had dealt with my wife in legal matters so these two fools let a prosecutor that had a conflict of interest and he never brought it up, but these two fools , let this guy prosecute my wife when they should’ve been able to go in there and been like no they have no right to even be lawyers anymore because of the way they handled my wife’s case they should be disbarred they are liars. They do not know the law everything they told my wife is 100% fall everything they inform my wife about what’s gonna happen after on top of it now we find out if these two fools would’ve known because the judge had asked about , early release and they said no under the statue but come to find out if these two fools would’ve known that you can change the statue at least then it would’ve offered her to be able to get early release so whatever you do for the love of God do not Nathan Otis or Paisley Hoffman telling you right now save your money because neither one of them could win a trial. The only way they can win is if they’re able to find science and when in pre-trial if it comes to trial, they just give up because they are not trial lawyers you would be better off hiring a garbage can to represent you than these two gonna take your money waste your money , give you false information because they have no clue like they really don’t everything they inform my wife about was 100% falls. My wife even told Nathan after she was sentenced that you are a horrible person. Everything you said was wrong on top of it, it was funny that Nathan Otis was able to cash my checks that I signed, but after she was sentenced and I called him and Paisley, they would not answer my phone calls. They would not reply to me , it took two weeks before I was able to talk to Mr. Otis do not for the love of God higher either one of these two fools if you love yourself or a loved one I hope this helps somebody because these people drain so much money and I’m not talking about a little bit of money I’m talking 75,000+ dollars that these two drained and did not do anything and I even asked I messaged Nathan and

I highly recommend this Law firm. I personally worked with Attorney Nathaniel Otis and he saved my family member from a 60 year sentence!! Attorney Otis is very knowledgeable, great to work with and blew my mind and expectations on just how knowledgeable he was about everything he spoke on in my case.
