Payal Khandhar took my case when no one else would because she genuinely cares about and believes in justice for everyone. She always made me feel like she was actually listening to what I had to say and hearing me. My case was very complicated, but that never stopped her. On the contrary, it felt as though it made her more passionate about taking on the challenge. My case did end up going to trial and she argued based on the facts and evidence of the case and stood her ground while maintaining her composure, even when opposing counsel was outright disrespectful towards her in open court. I was not the easiest client at times, yet she always made time for me to answer any questions I had as she was able to. Even after I had asked her about something for the 5th time, she still made the time to help me figure out what I wasn't understanding just so I could feel more comfortable with the process. In total, I worked with Payal for about a year and in that time she didn't just make me feel like someone was willing to represent me, she made me feel like someone was willing to fight for me even when I couldn't fight for myself. The entire situation that I went through was difficult enough for me emotionally that it has taken me an entire year to be able to write this review. She saved my life.

I hired Attorney Jasti based off a third-party recommendation who highly advised his representation. His response time was shockingly fast in comparison to my previous experiences regarding litigation. During our consultation I watched him sit down and deeply focus on documents I had brought with me; to go from an attorney who couldn't care less to Attorney Jasti made me emotional in that moment. It is obvious he has genuine compassion, interest, and drive which were all things I desperately needed regarding my specific case. Prior to the court date he gave me confidence when I had none facing a challenging moment in my life. In the court room he was a machine; diligently taking notes, navigating court room etiquette, pursuing all the appropriate avenues. He represented me when I needed him and I am eternally grateful that he is a man who takes his job so passionately.

Payal was amazing, such an advocate for my son! While our outcome was not entirely what we had hoped for, she fought and fought for justice, continually bringing up strengths of my son and negatives of the case! She kept me very informed of everything and my son and visited him often. She was easy to contact and responded very quickly.
