Little to absolutely no communication on their end. Only reply back to emails when THEY need something. I've been working almost a year with this firm and have seen absolutely nothing come from it. Could be part of the government taking so long but these people don't seem much better. With nothing being resolved or approved may just move to a different firm with competence to file and sort out my disability claims.

Mine was a modest work comp case though with a stonewalling employer and insurance company, and attorney, Jake, and paralegal, Connor, worked it enthusiastically; pleasant, courteous, responsive and it was a great confidence-booster to have a solid team working hard to a successful resolution.

Jessa Victor held true to her name. As Victor was short for Victory! She and her team took on the EVIL UNUM and showed them while they have a right to their own opinions, they don’t have the right to their own facts in my case.
