Terribly unprofessional and arrogant would describe Jack's demeanor. He was our GAL and cared nothing about our boys only $$$$. Find some one else in this profession.

I am very happy that I hired Andrew Hysell of LawtonCates to represent me in the sales of my gas stations and convenience stores. My stores were family-owned for three generations and a great deal was at stake—both personal and financial. Selling gas stations and convenience stores is highly complex, involving a variety of legal, regulatory and commercial factors. Andrew and his firm had the capacity to address each one. During such a complex sales process, there is a steady stream of challenges that can threaten the deal if not properly resolved. Bit expensive so am probably going elsewhere, but honestly was super impressed by my interactions with Tracey and her staff. Tracey seems very knowledgeable and kind.

They did not even talk to me before saying they could not help. How do they even know what they could not help with? Apparently they must work only on cases with the best payout for them. Bad move on their part.
