I’m giving 3 stars, in the beginning it was great shout out to Ed for staying on top of things for me and Laura too! Unfortunately after I was done dealing with property damage and all that good stuff I was assigned my attorney Cindy. Honestly that’s where it all became super inconvenient and difficult. She was out of office a lot when I needed her most. She didn’t really update me on anything I would usually have to contact her by email and quite a few times I got an automated response saying she was out of the office for X amount of days. I understand days off and vacation but wow that’s a lot of time off when your career is to help people like me. This car accident messed up my life im serious. My settlement was my way out of this hell hole. Well they lost my check and sent me 1k in advance. I was grateful for it of course but still my money was reallly late, I couldn’t even touch the thousand dollars for a week when I cashed it, I had to miss my sons 1st birthday because my check was lost, the adjuster seemed to jus say whatever to you to get you out their hair… honestly feel like through all the inconvenience I should have gotten more money. Everyone else was paid on this case and didn’t lose their money. But the person who needed the money most got paid last n lost my money. Great people but tords the end communication was terrible. I just like to know what’s goin on with my business and I felt left in the dark halfway through.

Hired them to represent me the company went ghost on me for over a year ! Contacted me back a day ago asking about my case from over a year ago .. They never kept in contact with me it’s been more than a yr .. then said they couldn’t help so why reach out a year later shady but they claim they set up a claim for me through the company that hit me car so many lies unprofessional !

I personally have not needed the services provided at Hupy and Abraham, but if I did I would use them. I have heard so many great things about them. My close friend Nanette Scheel, a great and professional paralegal who works at Hupy and Abraham, Madison has invited my husband and me to a few wonderful community events that have given huge donations to many community causes. Thank you for all you do.

Wanna say very thankful for the assistance the staff gave in questions we had about a family members work accident. It’s been a confusing and stressful time and having someone who was able to answer our questions and point us in the right direction to help take some of the stress off has been amazing!

As soon as I got into a car accident I knew I could trust Hupy and Abraham to handle my case. They continue to keep me informed on the status of my claim and I have no doubts that they will help me get the best outcome.

The staff at Hupy and Abraham are amazing! They came out and volunteered for the animal rescue that I adopted my fur kids from. It’s awesome to see how much they care for the community, animas included too!
