Nick did a wonderful job presenting to our business planning class the ins and outs of business law. It can be a tricky subject and you want to make sure you have some talent at your side with your business. Nick has proven he can handle this extremely important task.

He was extremely professional, giving us various options based on our current assets. He made himself available to us and ensured our documents were properly notarized and filed with the state. I was recently offered my first book deal, so I consulted with Nick regarding the contract. I met with Nick at his office, and his associate joined us on the phone despite being home sick. Nick had thoroughly prepared for our consultation, having made notes on sections of the contract that he wanted to bring to my attention. Nick walked through each section of the contract, explaining what the legal jargon meant and answering any questions I had. He anticipated issues I hadn't thought of and indicated how the contract might need to be renegotiated based on some of the things we discussed. I brought up an additional point for consideration right at the end of our meeting, and Nick made sure to look into it and sent me an additional follow up email afterwards with his final recommendations. Overall, Nick and his associate were prepared, thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me and looking out for my best interests. I will definitely seek out Nick's help with any further contract negotiations or other legal matters.
