One of their junior lawyers is representing a family member of mine in a divorce case, and the responsiveness and professional care are terrible. Lawyer completely failed to ask to set a next court date during a hearing in September, so no court date is on the docket months later, though terms set by the court aren't being upheld, and family is suffering. Two lengthy emails of concerns sent to atty. in October and November received zero responses. Answer to a phone call was, "What's up?" Then Oh yeah, let's get you on a (billable) phone call. Client never gets a response unless days have passed and they're contacted multiple times. Does the owner know what his employees are doing? Shouldn't he?

Switched lawyers in this firm do to original lawyer going to another firm. After the switch I talked once to the lawyer over the pone once in 2 months. Never returned my phone calls talked to the front desk lady all the time. Always asking what's going on with my case with no response Finally had enough and hired another firm. Also when I received my bill I asked what happened to the rest of my retainer . Oh sorry we didn't send you last months. bam now I owe you more

I received a notice of a debt that was allegedly incurred prior to me moving to Wisconsin. I immediately contacted Zerbst & Kluck, S.C. and Zachary Kluck immediately took my case. Long story short, my case was concluded above satisfactorily and dismissed with prejudice (never to be bothered with this issue again.) I highly recommend Mr. Kluck's services and would certainly reach out to him again! He was extremely professional and I felt he was really on my side, and I could not have asked for more from an attorney that I expected to represent my interests, and represent my interests Mr. Kluck did! Highly recommend!!
