Deciding to go through bankruptcy is never an easy decision to make and there can be a lot of stress involved in the process. When I decided to file bankruptcy for my business I had many questions and concerns. Zachary was definitely the right call, he was honest, strait forward and made sure I was represented properly so that I was treated fairly throughout the whole process. I do not know what I would of done without him, he made the whole process as painless as possible.

I recommend Zachary Kluck without reservation. Over the past four years, he has helped me with debt consolidation and then ultimately with my bankruptcy. He has helped me deal with nasty landlords and even gotten me through a very difficult land sale which involved an unreasonable family member.
