My brother hired this firm to handle his divorce. From the very beginning it was a bad decision. The first hearing was handled by an attorney in their office he had never even spoken to before, the guy showed up minutes before the hearing unprepared causing the need for another hearing. He then showed up at this hearing with all of the documentation needed to fix his original blunder, which by the way my brother paid for by needing to have another hearing which they charged him for. He proceeded thru this hearing and totally forgot to speak on one of the reasons he was there and the judge made her judgement leaving an order in place that should’ve never been. So another hearing was needed which again they charged him for. Time after time throughout the divorce they have dropped the ball, too many to list in this review. Long story shorter he ended up paying them over $30k and had a balance of $4k with an agreement he was paying. They decided to drop him as a client with less than a month to go before the final trial leaving him without an attorney knowing it would cost no less than $10k to get another. I’ve never been around a bigger group of blood sucking vultures in my life.

I hired attorney Kathleen Hessel to help me with a contempt hearing. From the start, Ms. Hessel was not looking out for my best interests. She did not offer concrete steps I could take. I had to require her to take my offers to the other side. I was able to do that myself. It was a complete waste of money for me to hire this law firm.

I went to Anna VANG because I had ONLY AN APPEAL.... get this for a divorce which I was granted by the courts and THEN the COMMISSIONER turned around and CLOSED the DIVORCE!! NEEDLESS to say, I left that law firm who screwed up the divorce by failing to serve my ex. PROPERLY And I had to look for ANOTHER ATTORNEY who I thought COULD HELP!!! WELL, I met Anna once BEFORE court! On or around February 8th, 2024. But my HEARING was scheduled for February 27th! She appeared one TIME before the judge!!! I gave her 3500.00 for one appearance. WELL, IM STILL MARRIED!!! I WAS CRYING and screaming from the devastation after court!!! SHE LEFT ME in the conference room ALONE after the judges decision and walked OUT! I tried to contact her immediately for a game plan and she refused to Get on the phone and speak with me that day and the next day and the day after that! I havent SEEN her since this TIME! When I tried to call immediately after court, her assistant sent me a invoice BALANCE of almost 3000.00!!!!! AND Asked for MORE money (5000.00) to sign a new contract! At the SAME time sending an invoice BALANCE of ANOTHER almost 3000.00! A total cost of over six thousand dollars for less than a month's work and one court appearance!!!!!!!!! Totaling 6000.00 for NOTHING!!!!! The first law firm charged 3500 to 4500 For a year's work!!! Here, Ms. Vang is charging 6000 FOR 1 month And then invoiced me approximately another five thousand dollars to redo the entire marriage! IM suppose to work with someone who doesn't verbally talk to me and AVOID my call/s?? I called Anna after SHE left me ALONE and DEVASTATED in conference room when I calmed down and I tried to reach out to get a plan etc!!!!.. But she REFUSED to get on the phone! I haven't spoke to her since AND today is March 5th!!!!!! $3500 I paid her and she still wants an additional almost 3000 (balance).. Therefore, she decided to go to the judge and ask her for a judgment for the additional almost three thousand dollars!!!!! If that's not INSULT TO INJURY I don't know what is!!!!!!!!

Atty Kowalski and Atty Ju both have been absolutely outstanding in a most complicated case involving divorce and multiple businesses. A seemingly never ending process with so much information involved, was highly organized and utilized to make me rest assured during the entire process that I would be taken care of with the best advice & expertise on how to proceed and resolve each issue that kept arising during the divorce. Even with divorce finalized they still have followed through on other matters that have come up since then. I highly recommend!

I worked with Attorney Jacob Wiese for my divorce. He was great! Very caring, always responded to my emails and calls right away, and always kept me up to speed on every aspect of my case. Most importantly, he made sure that I understood everything, what my options were, how they would impact things, and always gave his honest opinion of what our plan of action should be. Attorney Annabelle Vang recently represented me in my family law matter. From beginning to end, she was knowledgeable, empathetic, dependable, down to earth, and thorough in explanations to my questions and guiding me through the legal process. Paralegal Mellysa was also great to work with, and always quick to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I was regularly kept updated on the status of my case, and received a timely response to calls and emails. With Annabelle's negotiation skills, my case was concluded via a fair settlement agreement, avoiding trial. I would absolutely recommend her for any of your family law needs.

I had Kowalski as an attorney a few years ago, this review is long overdue. Originally I had my daughter full-time her dad was not in the picture that was his choice. I was okay with supervised time. I hired Kowalski to help manage custody and placement. I was OK with doing two days a week supervised visitations and overtime allow more time, however if you want to go from 2 days a week supervised to a 50/50 schedule in a month or 2’s time, and have your attorney work for the other side because they don’t like confrontation with his peers, I recommend hiring Kowalski for the job. You’ll pork out over $4,000-$6000 for the opposite of what you hired him for. He does not like confrontation and will work with the other side to make a deal disregarding your concerns.

Absolutely amazing group of people. We had David as our family’s lawyer and we could not be more happy and grateful for the outcome of our case. Great at answer any questions, very personable and understanding as well as reassuring. I couldn’t have been happier with anyone else!
