I can not say that the divorce process was enjoyable and I wish I had not needed their services, but I'm glad I had it. Sterling law offices and my attorney Ms. McInerny in particular was worth every dollar I paid. I was not an easy client and covid-19 put unique challenges before them, but I would recommend sterling law offices to anyone needing legal representation in a divorce without hesitation.

Nikole did an amazing job! I don’t think I would’ve gotten the same outcome if it wasn’t for her! She really helped me understand everything and was always quick to respond to my questions. I felt she really cared about the future of my child and I wasn’t just another case. She makes sure you stay on track of what’s really best for the child while still acknowledging your feelings. She also made sure to bring up all my concerns during court and was very personable. Along with this firm having reasonable prices, I would definitely recommend!

Toby took $2500 from my folks for their divorce. He petitioned the court that he "finished his job" but my parents are still legally married.

Complete garbage…. Olivia Mote completely wasted 15 months of a divorce & I had to hire another lawyer from a different firm just to file contempt on the other party for not paying variable expenses for the children… Once the other firm started working Olivia decided to give up and quit, luckily the other firm was able to take over.

I was very disappointed in the outcome of my case not so much because I didn’t get what should’ve been given to me, it was more of how my lawyer Austin did not take control over my situation in my defense and speak for me, it’s like he bowed down and did nothing. He never addressed any of my concerns to the court commissioner nor did he speak up, in the end I think I should’ve had a better chance

I hired Nikole Messerschmidt as my attorney for my divorce. Nikole went above and beyond for my daughter and me. I will refer anyone I know going through a divorce or custody case to Nikole. There were several times Nikole even called me or emailed me after her normal work hours if I needed something urgently addressed by her which I would never expect her to work past her normal work hours but she made sure I knew I was supported and she was there for me through all the ups and downs during my divorce. She had my daughters and my best interest in mind at all times. She was always quick to respond, typically the same day unless she was out of the office. She always communicated with me if she was going to be out of the office and her email was always updated if she was going to have limited availability due to court hearings. The communication, thoroughness of everything she did, and professionalism from Nikole was outstanding. Divorce and custody cases are never easy but Nikole took away a lot of my worries by how thorough and caring she was.

Attorney Mote was fantastic. She was very quick and thorough. I was having placement issues with my ex, and we were able to quickly come to a resolution. Not only was it fast and effective, she honestly seemed to care about myself and my situation on a personal level, not just a cold legal stance. I would recommend her to anyone.
