Pros
1
Knowledgeable, responsive, and compassionate attorneys
“Nikole was very helpful and understanding . She counseled me through the difficult divorce and helped me come to a reasonable settlement agreement. Thanks Nikole”
2
Efficient and timely handling of cases
“Nikole stayed cool as a cucumber and got me everything I wanted, all while dealing with the antics of an opposing attorney who, in my opinion, must have been too hungover to attend the "How to Adult" lecture in law school.”
3
Personalized attention and fighting for clients' best interests
“Nikole did a great job of guiding me through the divorce process. She was always very professional, responsive, and guided me towards what was right.”
4
Reasonable and transparent pricing
“Sterling helped us through this divorce process, and even though it was stressful, they did a good job, especially our mediator, Toby Kinsler. He is very kindhearted and helpful.”
5
Excellent communication and updates throughout the process
“Nikole and her associate Abbey worked seamlessly together. They are prompt with communication and thorough with their work. They were patient and listened to what I wanted and said.”
Cons
1
Lack of responsiveness and poor communication from some attorneys
“Absolute trash. Hired attorney Margery Wakefield for my divorce and child custody but she NEVER returned emails, was always out of the office, didn't even show up for my hearing but instead attended over the phone where she didn't even push for anything I wanted to come out of child custody and let my ex husband get away with lying to the court. She was very disrespectful when she did decide to answer my emails. The lack of communication and respect is absolutely disgusting if I could leave zero stars I would.”
2
Inconsistent quality of representation
“I fired John. My opinion, he's a great talker but has a poor performance record. All talk no action. He laughed when I reminded him of a lawyers code of ethics. He's a piece of work.”
