After a few separate phone calls, we were finally able to get in contact with Attorney Angel. She seemed very knowledgeable and we liked what she had to say so we were ready to put a retainer down. When we called to do so, we asked The attorneys analyst a few simple questions on what would be the next steps and how to set up an appointment to get the ball rolling. She could barely answer any of our questions and she sounded incompetent and illiterate. After going back-and-forth with a rock for a bit, she then proceeded to tell us that we couldn’t set up an appointment directly with the attorney. We would have to talk to the attorneys analyst and then the attorneys assistant before getting an appointment with Michelle. Seemed super unorganized and slow, just not like a law firm that we wanted to work with. Definitely would not recommend because there are other better law firms in the Madison area.
