We initially called this law office for a brief consultation. Upon realizing that setting up a trust was beyond our skill level, we hired Bob to take it on. It was not a straightforward thing, as we have many children, and needed a lot of clarification. A few months after completing it all, we had a child change their name, adding new complexity to the trust. Bob offered us three ways of approaching this, and his recommendation. We will be signing that amendment on Tuesday. It took less than a week to do this. Even with the substantial difficulties of our needs and requests, Bob and his employees were responsive and clear. I had a Living Trust created by Nennig Law Office, and the experience was excellent. They were very organized, answered all my questions to completion, and gave me an easy to understand step by step process of the things I had to provide. I would not have tried to attempt this on my own or even with software, as the research I did about what it would entail was more than daunting. A Living Trust has so many legal aspects to it, it is defiantly worth having a professional that does this for a living create it for you.
