I began emailing with one of the lawyers regarding a high-intensity case with my coparent. She responded that she would be able to see us and would provide me with times available for a meeting. I emailed and called for 3 weeks and never received a call or email back. Things escalated between my coparent and I and I called the office in tears begging for a call back, and she finally responded saying “I apologize, I didn’t realize your case required any sense of urgency.” I was flat out insulted. She asked for more details and I listed out the issues we were having, and after all that she simply said “I don’t think I can help you. Please seek individual representation.” Because of her utter lack of competence in getting back to me, my son and I are in a significantly worse position with my coparent and I’m at a complete loss as to what to do. Apparently if you contact this firm you have to explicitly state “this is URGENT” in order for her to bother to reach back out in a timely manner.

Stephannie Guzy was amazing and helped me through one of the toughest times during my life. Divorce may be what's best in a situation but damn it is hard! Especially when kids are involved! I am grateful Stephannie hung in there with me. She offered not only her sharp legal skills but also provided a lot of patience, support and kindness - when I needed it most. And I got more than fair result in my divorce! I could not have done this without you- Thank you so much!
