Just another state approved/appointed lawyer that does nothing for your case, avoid at all costs

Tom Grieve did an outstanding job helping concealed carriers think through some of the legal consideration of using deadly force. We can never get enough of this type of assistance, because if we ever have to use deadly force, we know our futures will be determined in a court room. He also stressed that we must train, and then train some more. Great advice.

All great information from a lawyor's perspective, which helps the lay person understand the responsibilities of CCW.

Great information at the USCCA Webinar.

It is very informative for someone as informed as Tom to share his knowledge with us. As a CCW permit holder and every day carry person in the state of California I feel as if I am on an island and information is hard to come by. Tom was very easy to listen to.

Very informative and educational=I have gained additional knowledge by these webinars. Tom presents everything with great clarity. About 10 years ago in a dimly lit parking lot one night, a very tall seedy looking man approached me quite fast. When he was about 10 feet away I put up my hand and loudly said "STOP"==he stopped and said "Oh I'm not going to hurt you", I said good (I had my hand on my gun in my pocket), because then I'd have to shoot you. He screeched "O", and ran away. I should have called 911 to report the incident, but back then I didn't know the 1st caller is considered the victim. Luckily No ramifications, I was lucky.

I have become aware of information, and answers, that did not ever come to mind.
