Was not able to catch the entire program but l was able to glean a great deal of useful information from the portion that l caught. The information was great and was presented in a manner that was understandable to a regular person and not legalese. I am looking forward to the next training. I will have my questions ready.

This is relative to Tom's presentation 12-5-2019 on USCCA. I found Tom to give well grounded and thoughtful answers. From years of teaching firearms classes I know people want simple black & white answers. The reality--"it depends" on law in your jurisdiction, the facts of the situation, and unfortunately also the zeal of the prosecutor. Tom gave a good mix of practical advice and summary of issues that my influence any given situation. While something may be "legal" it may not be the best course of action.

TODAY I WATCHED ATTORNEY WEBINAR WITH TOM AND AS ALWAYS IT WAS GREAT. EACH TIME I LEARN VALUABLE LESSONS WHEN IT COMES TO SELF DEFENSE. I WILL NEVER MISS AN EPISODE BECAUSE OF THE KNOWLEDGE GAINED CAN HELP ME WHEN NEEDED.

Greatly enjoyed the value through this offering of advice pertaining to legal issues with self-protection within the judicial system. I have caught several other similar webinars with Tom and others through USCCA that help to present a fair and realistic approach to questions posed to a variety of topics that may impact a person who has had to protect them self from potential attack with a defensive tool or weapon. Thank you for your honest and trustworthy advice.

This is my third live webinar viewed and as always, it was very informative. As a relatively new responsible gun owner (three months) and Elite USCCA member, these series are extremely helpful in my journey to enhancing my firearms skills and CCW confidence.
