Richard is VERY informative and receptive to our situation. He is making this difficult time bearable.

After looking at one other bankruptcy atty, I found Richard Check and decided to do a consultation with him. It was important to find the right person to handle this for me, being a business owner and such a sensitive matter. Richard was charming, patient, kind and their whole program from the welcome packet, to each step you needed to take, to the exit interview were done smoothly and quickly. I am so pleased I went with him and I highly recommend his service.

Very professional and supportive. So easy to work with through this difficult process.

Went back to finish my bankruptcy and of course Richard check was right there and willing to help me and always has me calmed down this is a nervous process for me but he has made it so much easier

DO NOT USE KEARY BILKA AS YOUR ATTORNEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.He did not get his exhibits in to the court on time sent them into the court a month late and sends the judge a sob letter saying he was too busy to get them in on time. Let's everyone free him up some time and not use his services at all. He also wrote the court asking them to cancel the court date a day or two before the trial after my husband had taken off of work for that day. The guy is a total jerk who cannot get his work done on time. He is not worth your time or money.

Blows my mind that he is actually an attorney. Or represents any aspect of law. I'd rather have a zoo animal represent me than this joke.

John R. Bilka is the worst lawyer I've ever met - not only did he refuse to try for a speedy trial in a court case, he dodged phone calls for over 4 months, was rude whenever we had contact with him, and when he sent us the bill for his work, he put in less than 8 hours on a court case he dragged out for around 10-11 months. I would avoid any lawyer that would even associate with this pathetic excuse for an attorney. We're working on filing grievances against him, and will continue to a possible malpractice.

Untrustworthy. Avoid at all cost. With so many lawyers in WI why not work with someone better. Someone that has client(s) that trust them enough to allow them to negotiate on their behalf. These guys are a joke.
