Draws the case out. Has no plan of action. Asks client for advice even though this is what he is supposed be well versed in. Very passive.
Seems lost when the fight gets Tough.

I had a very positive experience with Attorney Skyberg as my divorce lawyer. He strives to move things along and finds ways to save time which reduces fees.
I might add he and his office staff are helpful and very compassionate in a difficult time.
Don't choose a lawyer that will try to "drag things out" as my ex did. It'll cost you. Choose an attorney that is ethical as Attorney Skyberg is.
His fees are reasonable also, and I highly recommend.

I don’t recommend him as a guardian ad litem in three yrs he’s never met my grandchildren for which he was appointed to act in their best interest. Has never conducted an independent investigation called any wittness and even though casa has said the children need family interact the court won’t allow it and he’s never question it. Tax payer are paying him and he does nothing.
