“Draws the case out. Has no plan of action. Asks client for advice even though this is what he is supposed be well versed in. Very passive. Seems lost when the fight gets Tough.”

“I don't recommend him as a guardian ad litem in three yrs he's never met my grandchildren for which he was appointed to act in their best interest. Has never conducted an independent investigation called any wittness and even though casa has said the children need family interact the court won't allow it and he's never question it.”
