Worst law firm anywhere

I contacted MGW after seeing a billboard advertisement, I’d been struggling to get a hail damage claim approved. Josh took my case and got the result I needed to fix my house. Don’t worry if you don’t live in the same town as MGW, the entire process was handled remotely in an efficient way. I would recommend MGW, not only because I got the result I wanted, also because I felt thoroughly informed through the entire process of what my role was, what I needed to provide, and various potential outcomes.

It took only a very few months for MGW Law to get me the money from my insurance company that should have come my way from the beginning. And the settlement including the additional money to pay the law firm. I fully expected to wait a year or two, maybe longer. Couldn't be happier.

In 2022 our condo association discovered significant hail damage on the roofs and gutters of our 13 structures. Our claim was denied because they said it was caused by walnuts and not hail. MGW Law immediately saw the folly of this denial and took the board through the process of our suit step by step. 100% satisfaction from MGW! We went on a European cruise and my father bought travel insurance for the trip but during the trip became ill and was admitted to a French hospital and ended up dying there, and in the process accumulating a very large insurance bill. The travel policy was supposed to cover 100% of that bill but after paying for an aborted Medevac flight for my dad before his death, the insurance company stopped responding to requests from France and from us to pay the hospital. So my dad's estate was threatened with a potentially very large bill to the french hospital. But Justice Wallace saved the day! He did a marvelous job in negotiating with the travel insurance company and ultimately convinced them to fulfill their obligation without ever having to go to court to settle the matter. On top of that Justin speaks french and was able to communicate with the french hospital to keep them from coming after my dad's estate to pay the long past due hospital bill until the travel insurance company paid up. So we walked away 100% satisfied: the french hospital was paid in full and my dad's estate did not have to pay a penny for the great legal representation and service we received from Justin Wallace. I cannot speak more highly about his competence and sense of dedication to the client.
