David Pawlowski - Excellent Attorney!!! In August I needed legal help with a complicated land sale. I immediately thought of David Pawlowski because three years ago he did an outstanding job for me on another (somewhat contentious) family property sale. I was confident that he would be equally great on this sale, and I was right. Fortunately for me, I contacted him during the early stages of the sale. Because of his years of experience, he has an extensive network of real-estate experts that he can call on. He recommended a realtor, a CPA, a banker, an insurance agent, and a title company. With that great team of professionals, everything about the sale went smoothly. Dave is a professional. He is very knowledgeable about the law, is highly efficient, and his years of experience let him anticipate and avoid problems. He has superior communication skills: When I rambled during conversations, he patiently and politely kept me focused. He is a good listener: from the beginning he made sure he understood what I wanted. He pointed out the options available to me at different steps in the process and willingly answered my questions about the consequences of each. He gave me regular status updates, sometimes after work hours. I am very glad that I relied on him to help me. I highly recommend Dave Pawlowski to anyone wanting a hardworking, dedicated attorney who is committed to the client’s needs!

Worlds laziest and least thorough lawyer. Hes looking for easy money dont let him take yours. Not to mention his consistent attitude problem. DO NOT HIRE.
