Trent has all the qualities of a great business attorney: a willingness to listen, sound business judgement, and a strong knowledge of the law. These qualities have helped him craft some creative solutions to the issues I have thrown at him. Maybe, more importantly, these qualities helped him save time in the process while protecting my interests. Trent has earned my continued business.

I was fortunate to work very closely with Trent prior to his current role and he was vital in assisting us in our growth. Our strategy to grow through acquisitions required Trent to review and integrate numerous acquisitions while at the same time overseeing the day to day legal needs of our company.

Attorney Nelson is very prompt and very thorough. He helps guide you through the process. Most importantly if he thinks your thought or idea on an issue is perhaps a poor decision, then he will discuss it with you in depth as to why he believes it is a poor decision and will make a recommendation on a different decision. However, ultimately he will do as you wish. My issues have been very complex involving multiple lawyers in multiple states and he worked with them all seamlessly. He made sure I was copied on every email so I knew what was going on every step of the way. In the end the outcome was excellent. I would very highly recommend him.

Trent provided strong legal guidance through a residential purchase that was anything but ordinary. The townhome we purchased was part of an association which had become legally defunct. This had ramifications for us, as the buyers, in a number of ways, including what this association would look like going forward, in terms of rental rights, pets etc. With Trent's legal guidance, outstanding issues were effectively resolved in a timely manner and we were able to close without a hitch. Trent's assistance was integral to successfully completing this trasnsaction and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Trent was able to work very quickly on a big closing we had on a deal that was slowed down by the other groups attorneys. We were always responding very quickly even though the other side was throwing a lot of last minute changes at us. Trent's hard work got that deal to the finish line.
