I retained Attorney Wojan for a divorce lawyer. He did fine in the beginning but after my future ex started causing problems, Attorney Wojan allowed his lawyer to walk all over me and get everything they wanted. Even after I told Attorney Wojan I did not want it settled that way, he proceeded to do it his way and let them get what they wanted. I was court ordered to do mediation and send in payment, and he did not inform me of that resulting in a delay and a bigger mess for my new lawyer had to clean up. He would not supply me with a detailed list of how much time he spent on each event causing me to believe that he just made stuff up because he couldn't prove it. So now I am stuck with a ridiculous bill that I don't have the money for because I had to hire a new lawyer.

Mr. Nathaniel Wojan provided me with the most respect. He takes you and your case seriously. Great with communication I've had Mr. Wojan over the past few years and he always went above and beyond! I was never disappointed cause he fight for you and your rights. I highly recommend Mr.Wojan and the firm he works for. Thanks you so much for all you help,time,and respect Nathaniel.!

I highly recommend Nathan. Nathan helped me with a divorce and a restraining order. He communicated clearly, always followed up during the proceedings, made good recommendations, and then provided advice after the proceedings were settled. He responded quickly to phone calls and emails. He provided excellent value for the money.

He was my attorney for my case. I thought for sure that I was going to prison. Attorney Wojan had some great recommendations to have the judge see me in a better light. Thankfully, I only got probation!!

I'm extremely disappointed in Mr. Wojan. While very personable, I feel that he did nothing that justified his fees of over $2000. I retained Mr. Wojan for a friend's criminal case. After burning through the $2000 retainer and requesting payment for over $600 more, I refused to pay anymore and he promptly withdrew from the case. I'm very disappointed with the extensive charges and lack of results so I would highly encourage people to look elsewhere.

Nathan was great! He knew what to do, when to do it, and got me a reasonable resolution. He set up a plan for me to follow so I could earn the trust of the guardian, the guardian gave me a good recommendation, and the court gave me the custody of my kids that I was looking for (50-50). It’s hard for a guy to get a break in family court but Nathan knew how to make things work. If I need an attorney again, I will call Nathan.
